Eileen currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of UEMS Singapore overseeing the Environmental & Support Services for the healthcare division, the Training (Operatives) team and External Façade Maintenance team in UEMS Singapore.  

With 18 years of work experience in healthcare, hospitality, and Information and Communication Technology industries, Eileen has held previous positions as Assistant Director in the COO Office at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and as a Regional Operations Manager at IBM, where she provided support across Asia Pacific.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from Singapore Management University and possesses core competencies in areas such as 5S, Kaizen, Agile Methodology, Data Science & Analytics, Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, and Project Management.
