Cheh Tian currently serves as CEO, UEMS Singapore & Taiwan with more than 25 years of experience in the Healthcare, Facilities Management, and Real Estate industries in both the public and private sectors.

She started her career with close-to-a-decade in an agency of the Singapore Civil Service which later became a statutory board. Prior to UEMS Singapore in 2012, she has worked in multi-national and small-and-medium facilities management companies.

She is a Certified Facility Management Expert (Tier 1) and a Certified Property and Facility Manager (Registered) accredited by the Singapore International Facility Management Association and the Association of Property & Facility Managers respectively. She sits in the Board of Directors of the Singapore International Facility Management Association and is also the Chairperson of its Membership & Publicity Committee.

Cheh Tian holds both a Master of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.
